Ingredients
- Basil, fresh80 g
- Pine Nuts75 g
- Parmesan, grated25 g
- G&G Paste14 g
- Olive Oil¾ cup

Method
Toast the pine nuts and let them cool.
Blend the pine nuts and G&G Paste in a food processor for approximately 1.5 minutes.
Add basil, Parmesan, and salt.
Stream in the olive oil while the food processor is running until fully incorporated.
Tip: For extra flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan and lightly toast pine nuts for a nuttier aroma.
