- Mayonnaise58 g
- Ketchup25 g
- Butter Pickles (chopped)23 g
- White Sugar1 tsp
- Black Pepper½ tsp
- Garlic & Ginger Paste½ tsp
- Paprika (pinch)—
- Mustard Powder½ tsp
Method
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Stir until smooth and evenly mixed.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavours to meld. Can be made up to 2 days ahead.
Tip: Adjust sugar or ketchup to taste for sweetness — a squeeze of lemon brightens the sauce.
